You can cancel/delete your account directly from your dashboard by choosing "Account" on the top menu.

And then choose "Advanced Configurations"

Then choose "Delete Account"

IMPORTANT NOTE:  THIS IS NOT REVERSIBLE.  Please review all information before approving the deletion of your account.  Make sure you have withdrawn all of your commissions.  If you delete your account with commissions still available, you will lose the commissions.
